As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve we want you know that Wolberg Electric is taking steps to protect its employees, customers and supplier partners. We take this situation very seriously and are taking the following precautionary actions.
· Employees who are in roles in which they can perform their responsibilities from home are encouraged to do so. All remote employees are equipped to work from home and remain committed to our normal high service standards for our customers and business associates.
· We are suspending employee contact with manufacturer representatives and limiting face to face contact with customers and other employees.
· Customers are strongly encouraged to place their orders via e-mail, fax or call in for pick up or delivery.
· We have enhanced our cleaning procedures. Employees have limited the sharing of work supplies and have access to disposable gloves and disinfecting wipes at their work stations.
· Our hours of operation at this time remain the same.
The health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers remain our number one priority.
